Did you know that the portion sizes from the 1950s were 4 times smaller than they are today, in 2018? That means we are being fed 4 times more food in each sitting than we were in the 1950s... and we are all sitting around trying to figure out why the obesity numbers are through the roof.
It's 2018 and every other person I talk to, is trying to workout and eat healthier... but the portion sizes we were raised on could very well be a HUGE player in why we have an obesity issue. We have been programed to eat until we are STUFFED... and to not be fully satisifed until that feeling of being stuffed has set in.
As if that was not enough we have constant advertisments hitting us online, through tv, billboards while we drive, AND talk radio. This is why it is more important now, than ever before to really huhn in on your goals and focus on where you see yourself in 2, 5 or even 10 years from now.
Every single decision you make, whether it is small or large will ultimatly drive you in one direction or another. Where are you heading? Creating small little bite size goals, I like to call micro wins, will get you to your goal even faster.
